Evolution of CO2 emissions due to the energy sector according to scenarios in Tunisia between 2022 and 2023
The decarbonization of the energy sector is part of a long-term perspective of carbon neutrality by 2050, in accordance with the requirements of the Paris Agreement. In this context, the strategy aims to reduce CO2 emissions due to the energy sector by 36% in 2030 and 46% in 2035, compared to the BaU scenario.
