Population distribution by district in Tunisia in 2024
As of November 6, 2024, the population was 11,972,169, of which just over half (59.1%) resided in District 2 (which includes the governorates of Tunis, Ariana, Ben Arous, Manouba, Nabeul and Zaghouan) and District 3 (which includes the governorates of Sousse, Monastir, Mahdia, Kairouan, Kasserine and Siliana).
